Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:

Handling Time
- Orders are Handled within 1-2 Weekday (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time

Note: Transit time includes shipping only. Processing time and Handling time is additional. Weekends and public holidays are not considered week days.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Shipping Carriers
We offer two different shipping options:
1. Express with track and trace (£5.98)
On average, orders are delivered within 5 - 8 days. The maximum delivery time is 15 business days.
2. Free Shipping - Standard Shipping (£0.00)
On average, orders are delivered within 7 - 10 days. The maximum delivery time is 20 working days.
We work with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery, including:

- UPS
- DHL
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your shipment via our Track Your Order page.

Undeliverable Packages & Address Issues
- Please ensure your address is complete and accurate at checkout.
- Orders returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery can be reshipped for a flat handling fee.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
- After this period, the order may already be processing and changes are no longer guaranteed.
- To request a change, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost the first time. Please report any delivery issues within 5 days of the expected delivery date by emailing us at [email protected].
